LA PSYCHOLOGIE DE L’HANDICAP VISUEL ET LA STRATEGIE DE READAPTATION PSYCHOLOGIQUE ET PROFESSIONNELLE

ملخص
إن هذا المقال يجسد رؤيتنا في مجال سيكولوجية الإعاقة البصرية، حول ضرورة الدراسة العلمية من طرف الباحثين في مجال علم النفس الاجتماعي والشغل ، في ما يخص صعوبات الإدماج المتمثلة لدى الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة بصرية ، الذين يتم إلحاقهم بمختلف الإدارات و المؤسسات العمومية و الخاصة ، وذلك من خلال ما يلاحظ من نقص كبير على مستوى الإمكانات المتوافرة في العمل من حيث وسائل الإعداد والتأهيل النفسي والمهني التي تقدم لهذه الشريحة من المجتمع ، حسب ما يتعلق بمستوى علاقاتهم وتواصلهم مع الآخرين ، ومدى انخراطهم في نسق القيم والمعايير الاجتماعية داخل المجتمع، لاسيما الشق المرتبط بمصادر قيم التنشئة الاجتماعية .
Résumé
Cet article représente notre vision dans le domaine de la psychologie de l’handicape visuelle, sur la nécessite de la recherche scientifique dans le domaine de la psychologie sociale et du travail, dans des difficultés d’intégration représentée notamment chez les personnes déficientes visuelles qui sont attachés dans diverses institution et administrations publiques et privées, où on constate un manque important des possibilités offertes au travail en termes de moyens de préparation et de réadaptation psychologique et professionnelle des personnes handicapent visuellement , notamment en ce qui concerne le niveau de relations et de communication avec les autres, et le degré de leur implication dans le système des valeurs et des normes sociales , notamment la partie liée aux sources des valeurs de socialisation .
Summary
This article represents our vision in the field of visual handicap psychology , on the need for scientific research in the field of social and work psychology, in integration difficulties represented in particular in visually impaired people working in various institutions in public and private administrations , where there is a significant lack of opportunities at work in terms of means of preparing and rehabilitating visually handicapped people , particularly with regard to the level of relationship and communication with others and, the degree of their involvement in the system of values and social norms , especially the part linked to the sources of socialization values .
